Philosophy
In an effort to minimize the footprint in the production of our products, we use the following:
sustainable natural fabrics: hemp, bamboo, organic cotton and blendsdigital waterbased fabric dye: conforming to GOTS 2.0 standards
steam: heat source to set the dye and "pop" the colours
digital printer: dye is applyed directly onto the fabrics, its clean, its fast and computer controlled In our process there is minimal grey water produced and minimal electricity used to further reduce our impact on the environment.
We do not use: solvents (VOCs), polyester (recycled or others), Vinyls (PVC), screens (etching chemicals)
Our raw materials are sourced from around the world but the final products are proudly manufactured in Canada.
